Summary of Part 1

Part one was exciting, and Julie joined the group of wolves. She found food all by herself and cooked it! It’s very amazing. In part one didn’t happen very much, but it was quite long, and because of that I think the author uses many details, so that’s why it was so long. Even though it was long and there didn’t happen much, I didn’t get bored. The author is talented! 

 Summary of Part 2

 Part two tells about what happened before she ran away. It tells how her mother ran away and how her father went for a hunt and never came back. Her life is totally different than ours! She is forced to marry Daniel, and they don’t even tell her that next day she’ll be married! I think she has reasons for why she runs away.I guess next the story with the wolves continues. She must make a decision, I think. Civilization or nature, something like that. I am quite excited to read part three.

 Summary of Part 3

 Part three was much more exciting than part one and two. Many things happen, Amaroq dies and Miyax meets her father. It’s sad when Miyax leaves the wolves. The very end of the story was confusing, because first she thinks she’s going to live with nature for her whole life, but then in few hours her bird dies and she changes her mind. That is weird and confusing.If the book would continue, she would go back to her father and civilization and start a new life. Maybe she’d have her own problems there and fly to her pen pal, Amy.
