Daniel is Miyax's/Julie's husband.

Daniel looks a bit dull, and I figured out that he is a bit fat because everybody teases him at school.

The book says Daniel is dull, and maybe even a bit dumb. Nobody likes him, and he is teased in school because of the way he acts and maybe because of the way he looks. He is the husband of Miyax/Julie, and I think either of them don’t feel comfortable.

His relationship with Miyax/Julie is a bit uneasy and might be distant. They haven't known each other for long.

Nusan's and Daniel's relationship must be very loving, but Nusan might feel bad and a bit confused because her son is slow and dull.

Daniel’s and Kapugen’s relationship surely is a bit distant, because both of them have only heard of each other. If Miyax and Daniel wouldn’t have broken up, Kapugen would have turned into Daniel’s stepfather.
