Sandpipers are found on shores and in wetlands around the globe.

Sandpipers are a type of bird. There are many kinds of sandpipers but the most common is the spotted sandpiper.

Their Latin name for the spotted sanpiper is Actitis Macularia.

Their length is usually 18-20 cm long.

The sandpiper is brown except for the throat, breast, and underside are brown.
